KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS To develop and leverage key client engagements to drive the execution of the sales and new business development strategy To drive and secure contractual renewals for existing accounts To develop, implement and pro-actively manage client retention and acquisition plans To lead and manage the team REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Relevant business related qualification in Sales or Business Development
DESIRED EDUCATION REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE At least 4 - 5 years' experience in key account management; within Private healthcare/Emergency medical services experience. Proven track record of Site Base Medical Services experience (or equivalent)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE Relevant experience in key account management and client relations, supporting businesses operating in Africa
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEDemonstrate the ability to develop and maintain client relationships (including mentorship and coaching of team members)Demonstrates an understanding of contract and service level agreement (SLA) managementDemonstrate Business Acumen (including compiling budgets)Demonstrate the ability to conduct Market Research (including Competitor and business gap analysis)Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Relations Management MethodologyCompetent in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of ER24 International, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
