Responsibilities: Manage relationships with clientsCoordinate shipmentsCoordinate supply and demand planHandle all client queriesCoordinate logistics and supply chain solutions with internal teamsAnalyze market trends and competitor activitiesIdentify business opportunities and challengesMonitor and report on key account metricsProvide insights and recommendations for improvementStay up to date with industry regulationsManage compliance requirements related to freight and exportArrange daily with shipping linesHandle all bookings with freight forwardersAge and stock analysisRequirements: 1 – 3 years proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in the logistics and freight sectorIn-depth knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export processesStrong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsGoal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsFamiliar with market trends and an ability to adapt to changes in the industryExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesMaster's degree in business, logistics, or a related fieldValid driver's license with own vehicleLocation: Stellenbosch
Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month (Experience based)
