To qualify for this position the applicant should at least have:Matric / grade 12 Valid drivers license and own transportProven sales track record with a minimum 5 years sales experience in the FMCG or packaging industriesKey Account Management experienceNew business development experienceComputer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) market would be advantageousHigh level of numeracy with the ability to do forecasting and budgeting;Good analytical and lateral thinking abilities;Strong Administrative skills with attention to detail, business writing and presentation skillsStrong Communication and Negotiation SkillsCompetence in independently planning and managing own sales plans and initiatives;Strong customer focus with service excellence attitudeProfessional appearanceIt is essential that they are able to deal with the customers Senior Procurement staffThe ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis;Managing / servicing a portfolio of clients in the Western Cape as well as ensuring all regions are serviced and orders deliveredon timeKey Account Management and generating new businessActively participate in finding solutions to clients needsNeeds to know how to estimate, prepare his/her own quotes and present themComplete reports, forecasts and budgetingMeeting monthly and annual sales and profit targetsSelling and marketing of the Companys range of products to the clientHandling incoming and outgoing sales related calls and queriesCalling on existing as well as potential clientsDealing with associated administrative dutiesBriefing Production on New ProjectsManagement of the Epping branch
