What You'll Be Doing:
As the Key Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for B2B lodge partners—ensuring smooth communication, handling orders, and overseeing product deliveries. From liaising with clients to coordinating with suppliers, you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork. ??
Key Responsibilities:
?? Manage communication with B2B lodge clients, from orders to product updates
?? Process and approve sales orders
?? Ensure payments are received and place orders with suppliers
?? Coordinate distribution with the admin and stores team
?? Support the Senior Key Account Manager with operational duties
?? Assist with site visits when required
Skills & Experience Required:
?? Matric Pass (essential)
?? Tertiary qualification (preferred)
?? Experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail (preferred)
?? Strong communication, admin, and data management skills
?? Ability to multitask, juggle responsibilities, and meet deadlines
?? Financial acumen & cost control
?? Computer literate with MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
?? Bonus: Interest in African design/interiors + Canva experience ??
?? Valid driver's license & own transport
Salary:
R18,000 - R20,000 gross per month
