Company OverviewThe Company is a leading supplier of Food products to the FMCG sector based in Cape Town.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager based in the City of Cape Town. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, creating business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Desired Experience & QualificationQualificationsStrong analytical skills and ability to analyse market trendsProven experience in account management and building relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry, particularly with Shoprite and CheckersExperience in business planning and strategy developmentExcellent customer service and relationship management skillsKnowledge and understanding of key accounts and their specific needsMust be resident in Cape TownRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:Minimum of 5 years FMCG Sales experience, preferably with 2 years working as a Key Accounts ManagerExperience in the FMCG industry, particularly with Checkers and Shoprite systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOwn car and valid driver's licensePackage & RemunerationR 25 000 to R 40 000 per monthInterested?A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
