Key Account Manager

Details of the offer

Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 Accounting qualification is preferred Must have strong financial and cost control skills Should have strong administrative functions and data management Must be computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Canva) Must have a valid drivers license and own transport Previous experience in the hospitality/ tourism industry is preferred Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Must be organized with good time management skills Should have the ability to multitask Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills Key Responsibilities: Act as a client liaison for selected lodge partners: Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, including responding to queries, providing updates on requests and new products, and addressing any concerns.
Provide consultancy to customers to complete orders, and handle all issues and inquiries to ensure a smooth-sailing ordering process.
Act as a support to the Senior Key Account Manager Process or create sales orders Approved/authorise sales orders Send clients quotes and request payment Ensure payment is received from client Place orders with relevant suppliers Follow up with the tracking, progression and delivery of products to clients Co-ordinate distribution of items to various entities with our admin and stores team.
Assist with site visits to retail clients when required.
