Requirements:5 years of proven sales / marketing experience / customer interaction, preferably from the Manufacturing environment.Engineering qualifications, such as BEng or BSc / National Diploma in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering or Sales and Marketing Tertiary Qualification will be required.Spanish speaking proficiency will be advantageous.Demonstrated understanding and experience in effective team target setting and achievement.Strong process and account management is a requirement with sound negotiation - and presentation skills which will be expected.The ability to travel regularly to either Kwa-Zulu Natal, Eastern/Western Cape or Gauteng will be required.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:Consistently track, report and analyse your sales pipeline to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver team and business goals.Increase revenue for both the South African and International markets through strategic prospecting skills, high level client relationships and to promoting the positive value proposition which will enhance the sales volumes.Work very closely with operations and sales network teams to ensure that customer requirements are met.
