The E2 Group is a cloud-based software development company founded in 2000.
Our primary products, MYMEMBERSHIP®, MYORDERS®, MYCPD® and MYEVENTS, are selected by Professional Bodies and Councils with designated members that have CPD obligations.
We also develop and support bespoke systems for member and organizational administration for statutory bodies.
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the companys most important clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving long-term success and revenue growth for the business.
The Key Account Manager is an intermediate position and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts by offering tailored solutions and services.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, proposals, and progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership success.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to deliver on client expectations.
Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address any potential issues.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys products and services to effectively address client needs.
Ensure all activities are aligned with company goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Liaise with the New Business Development Manager and Managing Director for existing client forecast budgeting.
Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship nagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
A degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot) and data analysis to track account performance and identify opportunities.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex negotiations.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to dynamic business environments.
