Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our client based in Port Elizabeth.
This position is focused on business development, client management, and team oversight.
Purpose of Position: Drive business growth and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Ensure the delivery of services as agreed between the company and clients.
Oversee recruitment and placement in line with client requirements.
Maintain compliance with statutory and legislative obligations to avoid legal risks.
Key Performance Indicators: Business Development: Increase the number of clients, associates, and permanent placements.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain both new and existing client contracts.
Profitability: Ensure financial viability by maintaining or increasing profit margins.
Cost Management: Manage operational expenses and client contracts.
Operational Risks: Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
Requirements Professionalism, positive attitude, and empathy.
Strong communication skills at all levels.
Knowledge of recruitment and internal administration processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivation, high energy, and the ability to work under pressure.
Working knowledge of BCOE, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits, and Bargaining Councils.
