Accountabilities & Responsibilities Strategic Sales Management: Sell DFA products and services to assigned client portfolio. Identify and cross-sell new DFA products and services through diligent account management principles. Forge high-level relationships (C, D, and E levels) to expand market share. Engage executive leadership in creative solutions to influence future order intake. Prepare account strategy outlining sales account plans, forecasts, and pipeline management. Understand customer strategic, tactical, and operational strategy. Effectively solve problems and manage risk to meet targets. Maintain at least 95% renewal of business and prepare proposals in accordance with sales and pricing rules. Develop and lead the implementation of account strategies based on customer needs and industry trends. Drive and support new products, services, and solutions into the account. Customer Relations Ownership: Oversee and coordinate relationships between team members and counterparts in allocated accounts. Develop positive relationships with stakeholders, prioritizing communication at the executive level. Set up strategic product/service meetings to facilitate client engagement. Reporting: Provide careful and accurate forecasting and reporting. Ensure CRM accurately reflects pipeline status. Secure reliable business intelligence relevant to new business opportunities. Account Management: Drive growth in allocated accounts through new product introductions. Identify and evaluate value-creating business opportunities. Regular visits to customers and expeditions of order issuance. Influence customer strategy to enhance competitive advantage. After-sales Services: Arrange meetings with clients to keep them updated on services. Advise customers on being competitive in the market. Sales Targets: Increase sales volumes on existing DFA network. Compile and present comprehensive sales plans. Budget Management: Develop and control annual budget and forecasts. Manage CRM system and ensure timely processing of orders. Miscellaneous & General: Perform any other strategic functions assigned by management. Requirements Grade 12 National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related qualification. 2 years' practical Sales, Project Management, or Account Management experience in telecommunications or related industry. Proven track record in exploring new business opportunities. Valid driver's license. Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously. Working Conditions: Travelling will be required.
