Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. You will act as the point of contact for clients, address their needs and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and key account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients Understand key client needs and ensure customer satisfaction Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders Experience & Qualifications: A diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field is required. Minimum 3 years Gaming / IT experience in a similar role Demonstrated a high level of planning, problem and decision-making ability. Self-driven and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills Strong organisational skills, and general business acumen.
