Job Objectives Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitionAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsMinimum Requirements Grade 12Qualifications in Sales or Business2years experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsJob Skills Excellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customers business needs.Be well-groomed and presentable.
