Key Account Manager

Join our clients expanding team within a Key Account Manager role available within the clearing and forwarding industry.
This role is open to current Key Account Managers or Sales Executives wanting to move into servicing.
Our client is an esteemed clearing and forwarding agent who offer in-house services such as forex, trade finance, insurance and clearing and forwarding.
They are on the hunt for a driven, meticulous and self-starter Key Account Manager to form part of this brand new role.
Duties: Review client status reports sent by Controllers.
Maintain and grow client relationships.
Update and maintain the CRM.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Maintain and grow current client base.
Update clients on market trends.
Prepare newsletters for clients.
Manage SOP's.
Source new business when required.
Requirements: Matric.
2-3 years experience in a commercial role within clearing and forwarding.
Experience with all modes of transport, imports, exports and cross trades.
ShipShape experience is advantageous.
