We have partnered with a vibrant marketing agency based in Durban as they go to market for a Key Accounts Manager on a permanent basis.
Please note that the successful candidate will essentially be working at this company's clients' offices filling the role of "marketing manager" and who is happy to travel to Pietermaritzburg when needed.
These dual responsibilities require a blend of strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise to meet both client and agency objectives.
The candidate's responsibilities will include: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for clients and the agency.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and the client.
