Reference: FRP002633-TH-1To assume responsibility for allocated global and national Key clients. To manage new business and develop existing business activities and resources in order to achieve agreed sales and profit levels at allocated Key clients. (Targets to be provided).Duties & ResponsibilitiesPurpose: To assume responsibility for allocated global and national Key clients. To manage new business and develop existing business activities and resources in order to achieve agreed sales and profit levels at allocated Key clients. (Targets to be provided).Reporting to: Branch ManagerPrincipal Areas of Responsibilities:Developing new business within Key Accounts:Ensuring adherence to all Key clients main agreements, SOW's, SLA's and pricing agreements.Building a database of commonly hired skills in addition to skills required to support clients future resource requirements.Marketing and cross-selling all solution offerings to Key stakeholders.To work closely with Business and Regional Managers to communicate Global and Key clients requirements.To manage a portfolio of Key account relationships.Meeting with Key client contacts to understand clients future projects and resource plans, and continuously build client relations.Discovering the extent and nature of competitor use and endeavour to supply in these areas.Identifying prospects for Manpower to supply into SOW (Statement of Work) and Service-based Contract opportunities.To manage service reviews with Key clients on a monthly or quarterly basis in terms of KPI's and SLA requirements.Retaining existing business:Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure full business potential is realized.Addressing all problems as they happen, identifying (with Manager) possible solutions and implementing them timeously.Maintaining profitable margins through appropriate charge and pay rates, within agreed corporate guidelines.Developing client relationships through appropriate, well planned visits and interaction.Maintaining accurate, well organized documentation.Responsible to oversee and sign off Admin Assistant's payroll amendments, inclusions and amendments.Mitigating risks by timeously highlighting any possible threat from either competitors or client change management.Ensuring that all applicants are carefully referenced, within both corporate and individual clients' requirements.Effective administration:The preparation of client documentation including but not limited to SLA's, Global/National queries proposals, presentations and pricing agreements.To communicate all client SLA and pricing requirements to Business and Regional Managers.Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.Maintaining accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by management.Responsible for accurate weekly and monthly forecasting figures.Conducting surveys on a quarterly basis with both clients and temporary workers to obtain feedback on service and value-add.Assisting with the compiling of proposals and presentations for RPO and MSP solution offerings.To ensure that Manpower SA becomes the staffing partner of choice through an effective and professional Business Development campaign.Overall accountability for the release of an accurate payroll and invoicing functions for specific key clients.Ensuring accuracy of monthly payroll submissions.Deliver a quality service to customers:Responding to all applicants and clients in a professional manner.Demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Recruitment industry, applicants and clients' businesses to ensure the service meets their needs.Maintaining communications with clients at all times.Ensuring that complaint handling is resolved quickly and efficiently.Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards.Manage debtors process and assist the finance department by following up on outstanding payments.Thought Leadership and Strategic Thinking:Clearly understands client pain and challenges to ensure we build appropriate value propositions and solutions. Consciously strives to offer and deliver possible solutions where opportunity arises.Uses insight, knowledge and communication skills to influence and challenge others.Partners with stakeholders to learn and deliver on our brand promise as thought leaders.Actively keeps abreast of new developments that could be developed further into client solutions.Admin, Quality Control and Compliance:Use Salesforce.com and Adapt to ensure we are tracking ALL activity across the Manpower Group and beyond (when required).Ensure the effective utilisation of relevant Manpower SA process, policies and IT systems.Provide accurate monthly management report (when required).Achieve defined sales targets relating to number of prospects, opportunity pipeline and GP value of new business.Continuously build and enhance own sales skills.Create and maintain an up to date Personal Development Plan.Business Development:To identify and target new business opportunities within Key clients and or subsidiaries.To further increase Manpower SA GP margin and headcount at Key clients.Package & RemunerationMonthly
