Key Account Manager

START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:3 years of professional experience at the Key Account Management level.Exposure to USA clients or accounts will be beneficial.Bachelor's degree or higher education in business or service industry preferred.Very strong computer skills are necessary, particularly in Excel.Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape DUTIES: Proactively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.Translate client needs into business opportunities and set up quotations and pricing policies accordingly.Develop new ideas to improve service delivery and follow daily operations with Global Mobility Coordinators.Ensure implementation of client procedures and SLA management, while providing efficient reporting to management and clients.Collaborate with internal team members to solve client needs and ensure outstanding service delivery.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
