With the use of the Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.Letting customers know about other products the company offers, promotions and new products.Setup meetings with Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers to plan and execute ways to build relationships with existing accounts.Conduct weekly and monthly KPIs for Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.Working closely with other department Managers to improve quality, service and delivery to the clients.Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.Manage day to day work load and duties for Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.Compile weekly and monthly reports for management
