Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager

Reference: 9978 CM Consultant: ChristaMostertJob Description:Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, managing relationships and addressing their needs.
Collaborate with the technical team to gather product specifications, drawings, coating requirements, and cost estimates.
Oversee and coordinate project execution across different departments (e.g., technical, production, sales).
Ensure timely delivery of products and services by managing project timelines and milestones.
Visit client sites (e.g., bakeries) to assess needs, provide updates, and maintain client relationships.
Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (BCom or similar preferred).
Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in project management or key account management.
Willingness to travel for client visits (e.g., to bakeries).
