My client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team in Cape Town.
Exciting opportunity to grow in the Retail Health and Personal Care Products space.This position reports to the National Sales Manager.
The role:Develop and nurture strong relationships with the company's most valuable clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
By understanding their unique needs and challenges, the Key Account Manager provides tailored solutions, drives account growth, and contributes to the company's revenue and long-term success.Responsible for growing categories within retailers through identifying, presenting, selling and promotional activity (push and pull strategy) of products and services to new and existing retailers to achieve both Nett Revenue and GP budgets.
Who are we looking for?3-5 years FMCG Retail Key Account experience.Experience and/or passion for the Health and Beauty Industry.Tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing / Business Management.Must have excellent track record in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.You'll thrive under change and accepts it is a constant and always looks for solutions to do something better and faster.Demonstrated team player.Must have own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
