Key Account Manager – Asia Region (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with key clients in the Asia region.
he successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Asia region.Serve as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer base expansion.Market Analysis:Monitor market trends and competitor activity to discover growth opportunities.Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for service enhancement.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Participate in regular meetings with operations and logistics teams to align on client needs.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:National Senior Certificate or equivalent required.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.Experience in the freight forwarding industry is advantageous.Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).How to Apply:If youre ready for a rewarding career opportunity, apply directly or contact Pabalelo Morena.
