Accountabilities & Responsibilities To visit and promote Alistair Group to clients headquartered in Asia and in Africa  Finding ways to make our clients businesses work better, enhancing the customer experience with clear communication and innovative solutions Winning profitable new work for Alistair Group Understanding client needs and problems and providing solutions using Alistair Group's current and potential resources, including working with the Technology Team to develop tech-driven solutions and interfaces for our Mandarin-speaking clients Identifying new projects and strategic areas in which we should invest Inputting in the long term Group strategy and development  Demonstrating a rational awareness of pricing and quote accordingly Education, Skills & Competencies A minimum of University Graduate Degree in any relevant discipline (business / economics / logistics/ mining / supply chain) Native Mandarin speaker (essential) & English (advanced) Customer Service experience (essential) Logistics and / or mining sectors in Southern Africa (preferred) experience Entrepreneurial mindset;  Problem solving skills Ability to work in a fast past environment   Strong leadership skills What we're offering: A competitive remuneration package with an upside in the form of incentives and bonuses Dynamic culture with room for creativity and self-expression Insights into the operations of a high-growth, innovative start-up company 21 leave days per annum Working hours - Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings Regional travel as required (DRC, Tanzania, Zambia, etc.)
