The Key Account Administrator primarily assists their delegated Key Accounts Manager and Key Accounts Executive with daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks. We are looking for a driven individual who has the potential to grow within our company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Accurate data capture and analysisAccurate creation and timely completion of reportsClient relations and liaisonOrder capturing and processing; from receipt to deliveryFollowing up on orders and client requirementsProviding feedback internally and externallyKeeping accurate and up-to-date filing systemsEvaluation of clientele needsVisiting stores monthly to submit up-to-date reportsActing as professional PA to assigned Manager / ExecutiveUpdating client listingsAssist in preparation of presentation materialsAssisting in the preparation for meetings with clientsKeeping a designated section of the show room clean and updatedCapturing and submission of minutes from meetingsPlan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related eventsSending reminders regarding upcoming appointmentsSuggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiencyAnswer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messagesManage communication of information in and out of the office; including but not limited to letters, emails, memos, etc.; and prepare outgoing mail and packages for executivesMonitor and maintain office equipment; both allocated and sharedEnsure office is kept clean and organized at all timesRespond to and observe direct instructions as they are receivedAdhere to and meet deadlines that are communicatedMaintain positive and professional staff and client relationshipsSupport office staff and executives with general operational tasksAdhering to and meeting all objectives as specified via monthly KPI appraisalsRequirements and Qualifications: Professional administrative experienceValid SA driver's license and own functional carStrong matric and/or tertiary study results (relevant NQF8 or Bachelor's Degree preferred)Excellent English communication skills; spoken, written and comprehensionFast, proficient, and accurate typist and/or data captureExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programsIntermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiencyExcellent customer service skillsSelf-starter who works well independentlyAbility to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing themFamiliar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skillsExperience with complex file managementStrong problem solver and analytical thinkerProfessional demeanourIf at any point you have not heard back from us within 3 weeks, please consider your application to be unsuccessful.
