Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager who will be focusing on managing an existing base within our client's sector.
Responsibilities: Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be based on customer spend and maintaining strong client relationships.
Maintain open communication with teams and clients, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-value accounts.
Understand clients' needs and business goals to deliver tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations and ensure contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities are explored.
Manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
Track and report on the progress of key accounts, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are met.

Professional certifications (e.g., in Sales, Account Management) are a plus.
Strong understanding of parcel operations systems and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
