Job Specification Reporting to the Product Manager (Automation), the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Artisan to maintain, modify, install, and repair electronics and machinery where necessary. The incumbent may also inspect the production area and report faults to the Artisan to assist in scheduling maintenance or repairs to minimize loss of production.
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with Electronic or Electrical trade qualification or studying towards a trade qualification.Experience with product chip programming, EPROM programming, and computer board component placement and assembly would be a valuable addition to your application.Key performance indicators include: Customer serviceEvaluate and diagnose machinery and equipmentDismantle, manufacture, fit, and assemble parts and components for a variety of equipmentMaintain internal & external stakeholder relationsProvide critical customer feedback to managementProvide advice and quotations to clients on maintenance problemsInitiate continuous improvement (innovation)Assembly, installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, repair, as well as upgrading of associated electronic equipment and systemsKey leadership attributes Dealing with complexitySound pragmatic judgmentSelf-awarenessAchievement orientationCLICK HERE TO APPLY
