Junior Warehouse Supervisor - Roodepoort

Duties include ,but are not limited to: Supervising employees with regards to time and attendance, work performance, disciplinary action Ensuring that staff follow through with the clients policies and procedures Ensuring that staff adhere to all health and safety requirments Monitoring productivity according to clients requirements Ensuring all staff have correct ppe and ordering of ppe Rostering of staff so as to avoid overtime for client Ensuring weekly invoices are signed off by client for payment Weekly and daily reporting on staff Matric Previous experience working for a TES would be advantageous Good communication skills Must be computer literate Knowledge of Warehousing is essential Knowledge of Disciplinary procedures Must have Supervisory experience Prepared to work shifts as well as weekends Own vehicle
