IntroductionOur client, a multi-national company, is looking for a dynamic person to join their team and deal with all aspects of arranging in-house training.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.Compiling and presenting information.Implementing, advising on, and monitoring appraisal schemes.Identify training and development opportunities.Identify and assess current and future training needs.Create training manuals.Design and implement training plans and methods.Conduct orientation sessions.Ensure quality assurance of training and development.Organise staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.Provide advice and assistance in developing individual development plans.Update and maintain all training data and attendance registers on a database monthly.Retention and acquisition of statutory and government amendments and regulations.Update organizational structures as and when required.Desired Experience & QualificationREQUIREMENTS:Matric.Previous experience coordinating training, at least 2 years.Degree or similar qualification in the field or HR qualification would be an advantage.Experience completing and submitting statutory reports: Employment Equity, Workplace Skills Plan, and Annual Training Reports.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.Own transport.Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.Team player.Interested?Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.
