Junior Training Administrator

The vacancy is open to applicants with a minimum of 2 years' work experience. Applicants are not required to have relevant prior experience; however, some understanding of skills development processes will be beneficial. The applicant will take on minor responsibilities and be trained to ultimately achieve competence in the following areas:
Basic roles & responsibilities: PayrollCompiling Time & Attendance registers and signatures for the finance departmentTrack and record replacement & changes of studentsProvide clients with feedback pertaining to their students for client payrollOversee and assist with payroll queriesRecruitmentTrack the replacement of terminated learners and co-ordinate with the recruiter to implement the best possible learner for the vacancyQuality check all applicant documentationAdministrationEnsure the learner data is always accurate and up to dateCompile learner packs and implement document storage practicesEnsure client folders are up to date and that all relevant documents are uploaded and completeCo-ordinate verification packs to ensure all documents are available and correct for auditsPrinting & ShipmentsPrint and compile learner packs and related training documentationCo-ordinate shipping of documentsAdministrate replacement of learners and co-ordinate printing and shipping of required documentsRegistrationsEnsuring registration of learners with the relevant SETAs and on company systemsDocuments for grantsProvide documents required for Grants to the relevant departmentsMaintain records of learner progress throughout the learning lifecycleCollecting data from Outsourced Skills ProvidersAdministration of document packsAdministration of schedulesCo-ordinating learner schedules with outsourced providersManaging of queries and issues that ariseCo-ordinating and administration of registers and reportsLearner ManagementIdentify, analyze and resolve learner issuesCo-ordinate, compile and oversee attendance registersCo-ordinate, compile and oversee replacementsManage learner performance and disciplinary processesAdministration of Learner ProgressAdministrate client feedback reports and deadlinesTrack attendance and learner issues and co-ordinate with the relevant department to achieve resolutionManagement and collection of all Portfolios of evidence for assessment and verification purposesAdministration of learner certificationInductionInduction of learners on specific contract requirements and allocated interventionJob FeaturesJob CategoryAdministration
