Junior To Mid-Weight Graphic And Multimedia Designer (Hybrid)

Who we are : One of South Africa's leaders in prepaid devices.What we do : We help lower LSMs build and grow their business by providing them with payment products for their customers to transact and buy their goods.What we are looking for : Mid-weight Multimedia Designer.What you will do :Collaborate with the Lead Designer on various marketing design projects, including print materials, digital assets and social media content.Experience working with printed media.Develop creative and visually appealing design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices.Work independently and manage multiple projects as assigned.Assist with shoot execution when necessary.A proactive approach to enhance the brand through design.Raising your hand when a cool idea comes up.Good understanding of our competitors.Strong collaboration across various teams.Help mentor and grow junior designers.What you must have :3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and ability to translate concepts into visuals.Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Motion design experience will be advantageous.
