Junior To Mid-Weight Graphic And Multimedia Designer (Hybrid)

What we are looking for: Mid-weight Multimedia Designer.
What you will do:  Collaborate with the Lead Designer on various marketing design projects, including print materials, digital assets and social media contentExperience working with printed mediaDevelop creative and visually appealing design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectivesMaintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practicesWork independently and manage multiple projects as assignedAssist with shoot execution when necessaryA proactive approach to enhance the brand through designRaising your hand when a cool idea comes upGood understanding of our competitorsStrong collaboration across various teamsHelp mentor and grow junior designersWhat you must have: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related fieldStrong portfolio showcasing design skills and ability to translate concepts into visualsExperience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesMotion design experience will be advantageous.
