ABOUT THE JOB
Our Account Managers work closely with the Client Service and Sales Leads, heading up a diverse portfolio of clients in the day-to-day operational running of some of our biggest existing clients. These span across financial services, telecoms, retail, public sector and others. You will work autonomously and be responsible for managing a book of clients from end to end. Your ultimate goal will be to retain and grow your client base, and to ensure that our data is being presented to and ingested by our clients so that it can be used to inform key business decisions. You will utilise data for strategic analysis, identify market opportunities and to help you solve complex problems methodically and timeously. You will consult with our clients to seek opportunities to help our clients generate better CX insights, manage risk, improve conduct reporting and optimise social customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY Retain existing client base Ensure that client renewals and RFPs are processed timeously Build a solid network of contacts in each client organisation Uncover key issues in client organisations that our data can be used to solve Ensure that our data is understood and used widely across client organisations Consult with clients to generate better insights and identify opportunities for data utilization Upsell existing client base alongside the international sales team Identify key areas of growth within your current client base and your focal industries Increase current client revenue against a growth target Ensure that the use of our solutions is fostered in varying teams within your client organisations and is used by a multitude of users and budget holders Manage day to day client queries Assist clients with any day-to-day queries including technical support Ensure the smooth running of the products and solutions your clients are subscribed to Help clients get as much value as possible out of our data, whether through building dashboards, talking the clients through insights, or training the clients on DataEQ's platforms Manage client expectations Internal stakeholder management and administration Setting clear client forecasts & upsell plans across your portfolio Drafting cost estimates and proposals Supporting finance on resolving any overdue payments Brief the analyst team on reporting requirements and ensure that completed reports reflect client requirements; check reports for errors before sending them off to clients; manage client change requests WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A tertiary qualification 3+ years experience in a client service role Outstanding communication skills in writing and in person in both Arabic and English Flexibility in working hours in order to support Middle Eastern time zones Able to travel locally and/or internationally as required Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, and you would need to be comfortable learning and navigating new web-based software applications Analytical problem solving and attention to detail The ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, performance-orientated environment A curious, always learning personality Excited by the scale and potential of the DataEQ vision Target-driven, determined and energetic A collaborative colleague who builds strong relationships internally as well as externally An exceptional relationship builder and excellent at getting things done WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US
