About the job Junior Technical Recruitment ConsultantDuties and responsibilities:Provides full administrative support to all team membersUpload position on ATS system as receivedEnsuring all recruitment activity is tracked within various systemsInitiating background checks in the systems and with external agenciesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the processMonitoring the systems for candidate responsesArranging interviews by calling candidates and sending confirmation emailsSending Microsoft Teams invites to candidatesFormatting CVs and uploading them to the online portal and managing interview invites via the portalMaintaining the recruitment administration via in-house and external systemsChasing candidates for availabilitySending rejection notifications and offer letters to candidatesAd hoc assistance with other administrative tasks for the team when requiredExperience working in a busy administration role with conflicting deadlines.Experience working in a recruitment administration role is beneficial but not essential.Ability to pick up new systems easily, accustomed to working digitally using different systems.Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once.Strong communication skills, confident telephone manner for candidate communication.Ability to prioritize workloads and use initiative when making decisions is essential for this role.Ability to work in an accurate and timely manner.Qualifications and experience:Diploma/Degree in any field essential1-3 years of experience in an administration-driven environment essential1-3 years of related technical recruiting/or technical IT working experience required, bringing a strong technical aptitudeFluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsPassionate for making peoples lives better by matching them with awesome job opportunitiesExperience using an applicant tracking systemAbility to understand and explain technical roles and job requirementsOutstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques
