We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish and fulfilling the recruitment needs of the company, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and overseeing psychometric tests.Requirements:At least 2 years experience in Recruitment.Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar position.Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.Sales/Customer service skills.Outstanding communication ability.Confident and pleasant personality.Well-organized.Ability to work with targets.Sound judgement.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain effective employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Post positions and use recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising).Evaluate resumes and applications.Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening.This job will allow you opportunities for professional growth and development.
