Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment for a minimum of one year. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Reliable transport if not in Melkbosstrand. Available to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for a variety of roles. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best match for our clients. Collaborating with Senior Consultants to understand client requirements.
