Junior System Operations Support AnalystAbout the job Junior System Operations Support AnalystKey purpose:We are looking for a Junior System Operations Support Analyst to join our Systems Operations (SysOps) team.The SysOps team is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the high availability and high reliability of our critical operation systems.
These systems are crucial to Merchant Capital to achieve their goals and be successful in todays fast-paced business environment.The responsibilities of the System Operations Support Analyst include, responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations.To be successful as a System Operations Support Analyst, you should be able to flourish in high pressure situations, display excellent problem-solving skills, and have a solid knowledge of the inner workings of our critical operation systems.Duties and responsibilities:Diagnosing the source of critical operation systems problems.Developing checklists for reoccurring problems.Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.Troubleshooting critical operation systems issues.Performing user administrative tasks in critical operation systems.Setting up accounts for new staff and ensuring that they know how to log in.Performing daily monitoring checks to ensure stability for critical operation systems.Support the project and development team with strategic project implementations.Perform bulk data updates via front end data tools or writing scripts that run on the back end.Qualifications and experience:At least 1 year of experience in a SysOps support role.At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce.At least 1 year of experience working with code.Some experience working with an ETL tool may be beneficial.Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
