Must communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation.Must be able to work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities.Liaise with service providers for services to the offices.2-3 years in a similar role.MCSA: Windows Server or equivalent.Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems.Network configuration.User administration: Setup and Maintenance.A+/N+ certification.Advantageous Tech Skills:Security tools.Office 365.Experience with WAN/LAN system monitoring tools (Nagios, Netflow).Banking.Telecommunication Services.
