The Junior Spa Therapist will provide a range of treatments to guests, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, while ensuring a high standard of service. You will be responsible for guest service and relations, maintaining hygiene and equipment standards, managing stock levels, marketing the spa's offerings, and performing basic reception duties. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, motivated, and committed to continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.Maintain a valid license to practice as a massage therapist, in compliance with local regulations.Ensure high standards of guest service and relations, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all visitors.Uphold hygiene standards and ensure the cleanliness of the spa and equipment.Manage spa stock levels and assist with ordering as needed.Promote and market spa treatments to guests to enhance the lodge's offerings.Perform basic reception duties, such as booking appointments and handling inquiries.Support the spa team and assist with training and mentoring junior staff.Skills Required:Formal training from an accredited institution in spa therapy or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.Excellent communication skills with both guests and fellow staff members.Ability to work well as part of a team and provide support where needed.Well-organized and committed to maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment.Initiative to problem-solve and collaborate effectively with fellow staff.High standards of service, with a passion for guest satisfaction.Honest, with a strong sense of integrity.Package Includes:Staff uniform provided.Two meals a day.10% commission on all spa packages sold.Market-related salary.Between 1 - 3 Years experience required.
