Junior Spa Therapist - Sedgefield

Luxury Spa at a Lodge close to Sedgefield (Garden Route) is looking for a Junior Spa Therapist.

Treatments include but not limited to, Massages ,facials and pedicure and manicure
Guest Service and Relations
Hygiene
Equipment Maintenance
Stock Levels
Marketing of the lodge treatments on offer
Basic reception work in the spa

Requirements:

A valid license to practice as a massage therapist, where required by local regulations.
Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
Have formal training from an accredited institution
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and support junior staff.
Communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members
Well organised and likes to work in a clean environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment.
Must show Initiative to problem solve and work with fellow staff
Adhere to high service standards to ensure the best quality of service
Passionate about guest satisfaction
Honest and must have good integrity

Staff Uniform
2 x Meals a day
10% commission on all spa packages sold
