Junior Sous Chefs (Sf)

A luxurious landmark Hotel in Stellenbosch offering several restaurant & dining options is urgently looking for TWO qualified JUNIOR SOUS CHEFS to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Culinary qualification preferable or comparable practical experience may be considered
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, knowledge of equipment, tools and processes
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure / multi task
