are currently partnering with a prominent resort in Drakensberg to recruit a creative
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
to join their team.
Experience & Skills Requirements
Diploma or Degree from a reputable Culinary School.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a full-service hotel.
Energetic with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to create creative menu's.
Up to date with the latest international food trends
Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and stock procurement skills
Creative with an eye for detail
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid Driver's license is essential.
Sound employment history with contactable references.
NB: A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation and attention to detail. (All images will be checked to ensure ownership)
Salary

R12 500
