Requirements: Formal culinary qualification preferable. At least 4-6 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen (restaurant or hotel) in the position of Chef or Sous Chef. A squeaky-clean disciplinary track record. Job Description: Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering magnificent cuisine for our Hotel guests. Assist with regular kitchen stock takes. Manage a team of cooks and scullers. Contribute towards good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
