JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Marketing
Overview:
We are looking for a hard working well organized and proactive Marketing and Admin Assistant to provide essential support across both marketing activities and administrative operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day office administration, making you a key player in the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging content for newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
Monitor and manage the company's social media channels, responding to inquiries and tracking engagement metrics.
Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences to inform campaigns.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., printers, designers, event planners) to support campaigns and events.
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Administrative Support:

Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
Organize company files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and other departments as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Previous experience in creative design and social media marketing would be advantageous.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year years of experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools like Canva or Mailchimp
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management skills with attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills: A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R6000,00 per month
