The Junior Manager will be responsible for overseeing security operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring the effective implementation of security protocols, adherence to regulatory standards, and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Role includes assisting in the co-ordination, organisation, and execution of various tasks related to security services. Work will directly contribute to maintaining a secure environment for clients, communicating with clients and the community within the Company's footprint, and protecting their assets. Must reside in Durban North area. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Operational Management Management of security guards Client and member relationship management Complaints Client and member Emergencies Positive Break-Ins WhatsApp Groups Administrative Support Company Compliance Staff Development and Training Uniforms and Equipment Hearings / Disciplinaries Budgets and budgetary adherence Operations EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 2 years proven experience in security management of security officers, specifically in a leadership role. Experience with PTT Patrols. Provable proficiency in management software (MS Office Suite, Google, Prof1t, Chase, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. KNOWLEDGE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Grade 12 or equivalent. Grade A and valid PSIRA registration. Firearm Competencies for Business Purposes for all required firearms. Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable motor vehicle. Must be fluent in English. Tertiary qualification or equivalent (at least 2 years' experience). Criminal Record Vetting Procedure.
