The Junior Manager will be responsible for overseeing security operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring the effective implementation of security protocols, adherence to regulatory standards, and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Role includes assisting in the co-ordination, organisation, and execution of various tasks related to security services. Work will directly contribute to maintaining a secure environment for clients, communicating with clients and the community within the Company's footprint, and protecting their assets. Must reside in Durban North area. Experience with PTT Patrols. Provable proficiency in management software (MS Office Suite, Google, Prof1t, Chase, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. KNOWLEDGE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Grade 12 or equivalent. Grade A and valid PSIRA registration. Firearm Competencies for Business Purposes for all required firearms. Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable motor vehicle. Must be fluent in English. Tertiary qualification or equivalent (at least 2 years' experience). Criminal Record Vetting Procedure.
