Junior Sales / Trader

Our client is seeking a Junior Sales / Trader to join their team based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide product and pricing information.
Address customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process and manage orders accurately, efficiently, and timely.
Meet/exceed sales targets.
Assist the Senior Traders.
Understand customer needs.
Skills: Must be a go-getter, have a passion for sales and customer service.
Must be driven to reach targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong Admin skills.
Qualifications: Matric.
Strong knowledge of meat products, chicken, and cut specifications.
Computer Literate - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
Knowledge of imports a plus but not essential.
Must be prepared to travel.
25- 35 age.
