Junior Sales Representatives

The purpose of the Junior Sales Representative role is to support the sales team by generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales.
This entry-level position is designed to help individuals gain experience in sales techniques and customer engagement, serving as a stepping stone to more advanced sales roles.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their cash management needs and present tailored solutions.
Sales Support: Assisting Business Development Consultants with tele-sales and appointment management.
Conduct outbound tele-sales to proactively reach out to potential retail business clients Manage and analyse sales pipelines to accelerate the sales cycle.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software and other sales tools.
Focus on securing meetings (confirmed with the decision makers) where the business is currently in the market for a cash management solution.
Focus on securing meetings (confirmed with the decision makers) that is currently in contract with a competitor and should form part of your future dated pipeline.
Strive to understand your prospects business requirements to effectively provide the correct Solution and negotiate past objections across our full product offering (Kazang / Card / Cash / Capital).
Sell our end-to-end solution and the benefits thereof Bring in new business in line with the weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual targets agreed.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
Manage lead databases and CRM systems to track lead interactions and progress throughout the sales pipeline.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Formal Education and Experience: Matric essential Computer literacy Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
2 or more years' experience in customer relationship, account management, and/or business administration.
Required skills: Proven experience in sales/cold calling, preferably in the financial services or cash management industry.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Valid drivers license Own vehicle Work Location: Northern Cape Salary : R12,500.00 basic R5,000 petrol card R1,500 airtime allowance
