Main job function Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information Prepare and send sales quotations and invoices to customers Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities Qualifications Minimum Grade 12 Language requirements: Fluent in English and Afrikaans are mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) Familiarity with Syspro software is a plus Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills R15 000
