DescriptionOur client is seeking a qualified Junior Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing the company's products, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently to promote the company's products effectively.

ExperienceExperience:
* Basic experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or entry-level B2B environment.
* Familiarity with the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a junior role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Experience using CRM systems or sales software (preferred).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals and targets.
ResponsibilitiesSHOWROOM Tasks:
* Drive sales and targets.
* Call on Customers to ensure full customer satisfaction experience.
* Ensure that all quotes reach customer timeously.
* Helping to serve customers in the showroom and at trade shows (adhering to the company policy of minimum orders etc) in a polite, professional and efficient manner.
* Maintain a record of breakages and damaged stock.
STOCK Tasks:
* Write out requests for credit, asking the admin clerk for assistance if required.
* Ensure that all stock movements in or out of the premises are recorded and the documentation forwarded to the admin department.
OTHER TASKS:
* Keep the photographs in order and update catalogues when needed.
* Help prepare for trade shows and work at trade shows when required – working overtime when necessary. Ensure stock is ordered for the trade shows and numbered on time, and any special prices are applied.
GENERAL CONDUCT Tasks:
* The company rules must be adhered to at all times.
* Customers and 3rd parties should be dealt with politely and with respect.
* All staff should be treated with courtesy and reasonable requests for information and assistance must be met.
* Requests made by management and staff for the completion of tasks falling outside the drafted job description should be met where feasible.
