We are determined to succeed.You will report the Head of the Marketing Department.RESPONSIBILITIESUndertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects.Help write content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, etc.Design promotional print, digital designs as needed.Assist in producing, editing, assembling, printing of proposals and presentations.Assist with market research activities.Gather and review marketing data from various channels.Assist with maintaining the website, social media, blog platforms and database systems.Provide strong client support and coordination for customers.Perform analysis from questionnaires to understand customer needs.Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.Perform administrative tasks like brand & competitor research, data entry & excel, meeting/ task scheduling, assist on presentations and Ad-hoc activities.Find new innovative ways to market products/services.Prepare and present reports accurately as and when needed.Generate new business leads.Cold call potential clients.Keep abreast with relevant market trends.Organize internal and external events as instructed.Maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service.Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.QUALIFACTIONSDiploma degree in Marketing or similar relevant field.Graphic designing skills (CorelDRAW, Canva)Hands-on experience with marketing software.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Creative thinker with an analytical mind.Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.Excellent communication and computer skills.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Self-motivated and goal driven.Industry knowledge will be an advantage.Salary to TBD in the interview and based on experience.The post JUNIOR SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST appeared first on freerecruit.co.za.
