Junior Sales Coordinator

Fast growing Company selling Technical Products to the Telecommunication Industries and other requires an energetic Junior person to plan, prioritise and process the Sales activities and offer support to their dynamic Sales Team. Will be trainined into:- Process sales orders and quotations received from Customers - telephonically, faxed, emailed or from walk in Customers Liaise with and support dispatch department and supervisor regarding dispatching instructions e.g. delivery, collect, courier etc. Liaise with and support purchasing department regarding nonstock items for pricing and buying when necessary for sales orders and quotations. Liaise with and support accounts department when new accounts / applications, accounts on hold and accounts over credit limit. Liaise with, support and process when requested by external sales representatives or manager effectively. Identify, research and resolve customer issues. Assist with sales plan for growing the companys client base. Identify top prospects that will be targeted for active pursuit Manage sales and pricing to allow achievement of Company Margins. Provide customers with product and service information and support. Identify, research and resolve customer issues. Follow up on quotations. Keep record in a proper book of all requests received by customers and colleagues. Attend sales meetings and training sessions with the seriousness required. Complete any sales related reports as requested by company. Recognize, document and alert the sales manager of trends, results and recommendations in customer buying. Always follow company procedures. Other duties as assigned. Assist with the launch and implementation of new products. Attend to all emails and queries quick and effectively. Stock take: Manage the department allocated to you Do spot checks throughout month and solve queries before month end Attend stock take at month end Bring queries and problems under managements attention and solve · Grade 12 · Preferably own transport · 0 to 3 Years Sales Administration experience · Able to work to strict dead lines and work under pressure · Reliable with a proven track record · Problem Solver Grade 12 · Preferably own transport · 0 to 3 Years Sales Administration experience · Able to work to strict dead lines and work under pressure · Reliable with a proven track record · Problem Solver
