KEY FOCUS AREASProvide administrative support to the Group Sales & Reservations Manager, General Manager of Sales, and MORE Family Collection Sales team.Manage the emails of the GM of Sales, taking initiative while the GM is in meetings to action items and acquire assistance where necessary.Take phone calls on behalf of the GM when in meetings.Manage the GM's calendar and appointments.Arrange and book travel for the Cape Town Sales team.Run errands as required by the GM.Update and maintain the GM's database.Prepare and manage arrangements for Sales Trips.Prepare for meetings with the Cape Town Sales Team.Coordinate Site Inspection gifts.Keep track of and order Property and Support Office (Joburg and Cape Town) sales collateral stock.Stand in remotely for the Johannesburg based MFC Sales Coordinator when out of office.Take minutes during Sales meetings and follow up on action items.Provide assistance and support on Sales team projects.Manage and monitor the Sales Calendar.Assist the MFC Sales Coordinator with distributing STO Contracts and loading of profiles on ResRequest and Hubspot.Prepare and manage site inspection programs for the General Manager of Sales and Cape Town Regional Sales Manager.Conduct GM's client agent research.Coordinate the resolution of Guest Complaints received by the Sales Team.Follow up on guest stay information and coordinate gifts and notes.Provide Health & Safety documentation on request, ensuring that it is up to date.REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSGrade 12 (essential).Own vehicle and driver's license (essential).Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality (advantageous).3-5 years' experience in a similar role (advantageous).Experience working in Luxury Safari Lodges (advantageous).Proficient in Microsoft 365.Experience with ResRequest (advantageous).Experience with Hubspot (advantageous).MAXIMIZING YOUR IMPACT AS A MEMBER OF THE MORE FAMILY COLLECTIONExcellent attention to detail.Guest focus philosophy, living the MORE brand and driving the MORE experience.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), practicing honest communication.Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control.Excellent time management and self-discipline, interpersonal & solution-seeking skills.Proactive, using initiative and creative flair when required.Committed and loyal, adaptable, and flexible.Must work accurately under pressure.People skills – tolerance, patience, and care, ability to receive constructive feedback openly.Our values guide our behaviours and how we act, and they help us find the right partnerships for growth:Be AWARE (the "thoughtful" value): Eyes and ears open, arrive ready, be human.Respond GENEROUSLY (the "more" value): Always respond, give more, do more, have a mindset of abundance.Strength in DIVERSITY (the "family" value): Act in harmony, work together, act inclusively.Make it BETTER (the "continuous improvement" value): Positively influence, keep learning, own it.
